This policy describes how the site marcoai.online handles personal data, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD). The site is a technical portfolio: it sells nothing, has no form, asks for no sign-up and uses no cookies.
1. What data is collected
- Browsing: site usage events (page visited, referrer and language), recorded in aggregate for audience measurement. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
- Contact you initiate: if you write to the published email address, I then hold whatever data you chose to include in your message.
There is no form on this site. No data is required in order to browse it.
2. What it is used for
- Measuring how the site performs and its audience (legal basis: legitimate interest, art. 7, IX, LGPD).
- Replying to a message you sent, when there is one (legal basis: legitimate interest in continuing the conversation you started).
Data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Sharing
Data may be processed by the infrastructure and email providers strictly necessary to run the site and to reply to your message, always limited to that purpose.
4. Retention
Messages received by email are kept for as long as the conversation and any legal obligations require. Aggregated browsing data does not identify you individually.
5. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request at any time: confirmation that processing takes place, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, as well as information about sharing. To exercise any right, write to contato@marcoai.online. I reply within 15 days.
6. Security
Technical measures proportionate to the nature of the data are applied, including encryption in transit and access control.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the page.
